Want to improve your physical and mental health? Take your vitamin G: green exercise. Our brains and bodies benefit much more from cycling, running or walking when we do it outdoors rather than indoors.

Humans evolved in forests and on vast plains, not in apartments and office buildings. The need to be outside is ingrained in our nature. We would probably spend a lot less money on health care if we all got our daily dose of green exercise.
